Q2. How to clean the backpack.
Q3. How to maintain zippers during use.
Q4. SURFACE small bag – solution for shoulder strap slippage.
Let’s get started:
Q1. How should I choose the torso size and hip belt size of a backpack?
A. Please refer to the following size chart.
【Torso size selection】
HANCHOR Outdoor Series packs are designed in different back lengths to fit various body types.
Backpacks with torso options include:
MARBLE, MARL, TUFA, FROST, FLINT, XENO

【Cushioned hip belt size selection】
Cushioned hip belts compatible with the Two-Track carrying system: M2 cushioned hip belt / P1 cushioned hip belt.
Other models like TUFF, GARNET, and PUMICE can also be upgraded with optional cushioned hip belts.

Q2. How to clean the backpack?
A. Since backpack fabric has a waterproof treatment, do not use regular laundry detergent or fabric softener, and do not soak the whole pack in water or wash it in a washing machine, as this will severely damage the waterproof coating. We recommend wiping it with a damp cloth. For dirt, use a mild cleaner (like soap water) for spot cleaning, then rinse with clean water and air dry in a well-ventilated place.

Step 2. Soak stained areas slightly and gently scrub with a cloth or soft brush.
Step 3. Rinse with clean water and air dry in a shaded, ventilated place.

Q3. How to maintain zippers during use?
A. When pulling the zipper, always move in the intended direction of force (not outward) to extend its lifespan.
As shown in the illustration: apply force left-to-right along the zipper line, avoiding outward pulling.

Q4. SURFACE small bag – solution for shoulder strap slippage
A. During use, the buckle may unintentionally shift into the strap-adjusting angle, causing slippage. Here’s the fix:
