We currently only provide simple modifications like color changes etc... Please write an email to info@hanchor.com and let us know your custom requests. We will discuss it with you.


3. How do I choose the correct torso?
Please refer to our torso spec and find your size. You could also email info@hanchor.com, and we could provide you with the back frame length for further checking.
• Torsos Spec:
Small (S): 15~17”
Regular(R): 17~19"
Large (L): 19~21"
Extra Large(XL): 21~24"

4. How do I choose the correct hipbelt?
Please refer to the hipbelt spec below. We suggest you take the smaller size if you are between sizes. This guarantees you can tighten the hip belt to help you distribute the weight from your shoulder to your waist.

• Hipbelt Spec:
Extra Small(XS): 23”~27"
Small (S) : 27”~31"
Medium (M) : 31”~35"
Large (L) : 35”~39"


5. How do I clean my HANCHOR?
Bags are not suggested to put in the washing machine, and we would suggest you use a piece of cloth with some soap and water to clean up the spot.
