Cancellation & Refund Policy
According to regulations set by the National Parks Administration and the National Police Agency:
When the Central Weather Administration issues a Marine Typhoon Warning, all high-altitude mountaineering activities are prohibited.
In such cases, mountain entry permits and park entry permits become invalid, and the trip will be postponed or canceled.
After deducting any expenses already incurred, the remaining balance will be fully refunded.
If a Marine Typhoon Warning, heavy snowfall, natural disasters, or other force majeure events cause road or trail closures, or if a national park announces a ban on mountain or park entry, the tour will be immediately suspended.
